    功能 : 益气补血,温中止痛。 适应症 : 产后小腹隐痛,喜温喜按,恶露量少、颜色暗红,伴有面色苍白,畏寒肢冷等症。

    Step 1

    将全部 B 料药材洗净装入布袋。Rinse all herbs in ingredients B and put into filter bag.

    Step 2

    羊肉放入沸水锅内,汆煮 2-3 分钟后捞出,与蓝姜、葱结、姜片和药袋一起放入砂锅或钢锅内,加入清水 1000ml,大火煮滚后以汤勺撇去浮污。Blanch lamb meat in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, transfer lamb meat in clay pot with galangal, spring onion, ginger and herbs bag, pour in 1000ml water and bring to boil in high heat, remove scums.

    Step 3

    加入米酒,改用小火慢煮 40-50 分钟,至羊肉烂熟后,去除药袋,加入食盐适当调味后食用。Pour in rice wine, simmer in low heat for 40-50 minutes or until meat is soften; remove herbs bag and season with salt.
